At Hollander, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the home goods are protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
